Job summary

Flyhigh Global Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Education Counsellor to guide students on study abroad options across Europe, including Germany, France, Ireland, Finland, Latvia and other destinations. You will assist from initial enquiry through visa processes, ensuring personalised counsel and successful applications.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years’ experience in study abroad recruitment, a track record of visa approvals, and strong follow-up and client-management skills in a target-driven environment.

Education Counsellor – Study Abroad | Europe

Key Responsibilities / KRAs

• Handle tele calling, lead follow-ups and student pre-counselling.
• Conduct in-depth counselling based on students’ academic profile, career goals and budget.
• Counsel students for European destinations, primarily Germany, France, Ireland, Finland, Latvia and other European countries.
• Guide students on universities, courses, eligibility, applications, admissions and visa processes.
• Drive lead conversion, application enrolments and student visa success.
• Maintain strong student/parent relationships and ensure effective follow-up throughout the counselling and application journey.
• Achieve assigned monthly counselling, conversion and enrolment targets.
• Stay updated on European education, admission and visa requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in the Study Abroad / Overseas Education industry.
• Preferably experienced in European destinations and student recruitment.
• Proven track record of 25–50+ successful student visa approvals.
• Strong counselling, telecalling, communication and client management skills.
• Excellent follow-up, persuasion and lead conversion abilities.
• Target-oriented, confident and professional approach.

Preferred Profile :

Candidates with an established network/experience in European university recruitment and a demonstrable record of successful student conversions and visa approvals will be given preference.
