Job summary

Paychex It Solutions in Bengaluru, India, seeks an EDI Support Analyst to ensure secure, compliant EDI transmissions and 우nterstand HIPAA 5010 834 transaction sets. You will lead connectivity and testing with new insurance carriers via secure protocols and coordinate with internal and external partners to maintain smooth EDI relationships.

Ideal candidates have 1.5+ years in benefits administration/healthcare enrollment, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of Benefits administration/Healthcare enrollment.
• Primary focus is secure, compliant transmission of HIPAA 5010 834 transaction sets.
• Lead connectivity and end-to-end testing with new insurance carriers over secure protocols (SFTP, AS2, HTTPS).
• MFT knowledge and exposure to HIPAA/EDI configurations.
• Understand mandatory loops (2000 Member, 2100 Member Name, 2300 Health Coverage) and segments (INS, REF, DTP).
• Must be organized, self-motivated, and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently.
