Retired executives aged 60–65 with 25 years in procurement and contract management, including 5 years in CPSE corporate offices or subsidiary HQs, may apply. Initial contract for 1 year, extendable, focusing on procurement policies, contract management, vendor management and e-procurement.

Who Can Apply

Retired executives of E7 or E8 grade (or equivalent) from Coal India Limited and its subsidiaries, or from Central/State PSUs and autonomous organisations.

Age: Above 60 years and not more than 65 years during the contract period.

Qualification: Degree in Engineering, MBA, PG Diploma/PG Degree in Business Management or Materials Management (or equivalent).

Experience:

Minimum 25 years in Procurement and Contract Management.

At least 5 years combined experience in Corporate Office or Subsidiary Headquarters of CPSEs.

Initial contract: 1 year (extendable based on need and performance).
