Job summary

TechiesDesigns Electronics Private Limited in Bengaluru seeks an experienced ECAD Librarian to develop, maintain, and manage schematic symbol and PCB footprint libraries. You will ensure library accuracy and IPC standards compliance while supporting Hardware and PCB Design teams with high-quality ECAD components.

The role involves creating symbols, footprints, and libraries, verifying dimensions and 3D models, and maintaining version control and documentation to uphold quality across projects.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech/Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), EEE, or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of ECAD Library Management or PCB Library Development.
• Hands-on experience with Altium Designer, Allegro, PADS, Xpedition, or KiCad.
• Generate Gerber, ODB++, NC Drill, Pick & Place, and assembly documentation.
• Support design teams in resolving component-related issues, obsolescence risks, and alternate part identification.
• Strong knowledge of IPC-7351 standards, electronic component packages, PCB footprints, and schematic symbol creation.
• Good understanding of PCB design processes and electronics components.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and documentation skills.
