Job summary

Capgemini is hiring Workday-certified Functional Consultants with strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM to support implementations, enhancements, and production support for global clients and business units in Hyderabad.

You will work on modules such as Core HCM, Absence Management, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, and Benefits, delivering effective functional solutions and ensuring successful delivery with HR and IT stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Workday HCM hands-on experience in global client implementations.
• Experience with multiple Workday functional modules and end-to-end support.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday Core HCM and assigned modules.
• Work on BPF, Security, Job Architecture and Calculated Fields.
• Support EIBs, reporting, testing, UAT and deployments.
• Perform release impact analysis and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Engage with global clients and business units for successful implementations.
