Qualifications

• BE or Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering is required.
• 3–6 years hands-on experience in BOP/Substation O&M in wind industries.
• Electrical license (C) is mandatory.
• Strong English communication; Hindi is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP).

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and follow Vestas safety instructions.
• Perform BOP/Substation maintenance and scheduling as assigned.
• Maintain equipment history, logs and daily activity data.
• Ensure use of correct PPE and adherence to standard work procedures.
• Coordinate safety audits and subcontractor safety reviews.
• Report deviations promptly to the line manager.

Customer Service Department handles Post-sales Service Operations to meet the contractual obligations with customers

Responsibilities

• Give Highest Priority to Safety and respect to the Vestas Safety Instructions
• Take a Part on Safety Initiatives like Incident reporting, Operator Safety audit and safety equipment Inspection, corrective action for the Safety Issues if any
• Perform the BOP /Substation schedule and breakdown maintenance as assigned
• Ensure BOP related equipment are maintained with tidy and technically acceptable conditions Ensure it complies with standard engineering practices and Work Procedures & ISOStandards as per Vestas policies
• Ensure to Update these documents with relevant supporting data on Daily activities Basis
• Permit to Work/TBT/PC/JSA
• BOP Service Plan Checklist and 5s Report
• BOP Equipment History Card
• Working Time Entry
• Subcontractor safety audit
• FSL Service Appointment Closing
• In case of any deviation issues on BOP that have potential to affect performance must be Communicated on time to the concern reporting Manager
• Ensure that the work log entry and condition Monitoring is made by the operator on regular Intervals and ensure that they are maintaining their PPEs
• Keep up to date with all operating/ maintenance manuals, checklists, Safety Alerts and HSE Messages, MSDS etc. that applicable to the WEG and associated equipment
• To Carry out service activities as per the latest certified checklists, manuals and I & S Data
• Make Sure that everyone working in BOP/USS/PSS is Wearing right and Appropriate PPEs and Complete the task by following the Standard work procedures
• Ensure safe handling of tools, tackles, measuring instruments and spare parts
• Make sure Tools and Lifting items are within its Calibration Interval

Qualifications

• BE/Diploma Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 3 to 6 Years hands on experience in BOP/Substation O&M activities in Wind Industries
• Electrical "C" License must have
• Ability to work efficiently even critical situation
• Advanced communication skills in both oral and written English; additional language skills are a valuable addition (Hindi)
• Ability to work efficiently with Microsoft Officesoftware and Salesforce & FSL/ SAP ERP
• Ability to handle and drive the team towards company goals
• Ability to handle the customers with strong communication in a professional way
• Highly Electrical subject and BOP Equipment's hands on technical knowledge (Equipment Handling /Testing and failure analytical)
