Job summary

BOSCH Bengaluru is seeking an EV validation engineer to execute eAxle system validation activities with a focus on electrical-electronics interfaces at the system-of-system level.

You will prepare validation programs for platform and customer projects, coordinate test execution with field teams, analyze results, and generate technical reports with findings and recommendations. This role requires collaboration with design engineers and adherence to audit-ready traceability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• At least 3+ years in EV system validation engineering.
• Experience with system-level validation and report generation.

Responsibilities

• prepare validation test programs for platform and customer projects, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and regulatory requirements
• Partition test plans into individual tests and test series, coordinating execution with test field teams and ensuring timely completion
• Perform evaluation of test samples, analyze results, and generate detailed technical reports with findings and recommendations
• Collaborate with system and design engineers to discuss validation results, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
• Support the planning, development, and commissioning of eAxle validation test infrastructure and facilities
• Conduct root cause analysis on validation failures and anomalies, documenting findings and preventive measures
• Maintain comprehensive validation documentation and traceability matrices for audit and compliance purposes
