• Collaborate with system and design engineers to discuss validation results, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Support the planning, development, and commissioning of eAxle validation test infrastructure and facilities.
• Conduct root cause analysis on validation failures and anomalies, documenting findings and preventive measures.
• Maintain comprehensive validation documentation and traceability matrices for audit and compliance purposes.
