Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced HR leader to safeguard employee relations, drive compliance, and shape human rights policies across the region. You’ll partner with leaders to resolve complex cases and implement consistent processes in a global hospitality group.

You will manage cross-market stakeholder collaboration, translate policies into practical tools, and mentor teams to uphold fair employment practices with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ experience in HR leadership or operations roles.
• Strong experience managing employee relations, compliance or labour‑related matters.
• Solid understanding of employment laws, human rights or responsible labour practices.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across different teams and markets.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
