You will lead payroll budgeting, compensation planning, and associate lifecycle management to ensure a high-performing workforce in a hospitality environment.
Ideal candidates will have 7–8 years of HR experience, fluency in English, and a strong track record in HR operations, compliance, and talent development.

To align & drive the Human resources function along with the business objectives / goals and provide a competitive & sustainable HR framework for the unit. To develop people capabilities in the unit by selecting, retaining, & compensating the best talent in the unit. To build a learning organization culture & to foster a healthy climate for career enhancements & employee aspirations in the unit
To adhere and implement all human resources related policies of the hotel.
Budget and forecast human resource requirement as per the business scenario.
Maintain all the statutory Compliances without any deviation
Financials & Strategy:
Associate Life-Cycle Management
Graduation, Masters in Business adminstration or Post gradutate diploma in Human resources Management or any other relevant education.
7-8 years of work experience
Should be fluent in English and preferably the Regional dialect.
Vendors, Law firms and labour offices.
