EisnerAmper India is seeking a Deputy Manager Fund Accountant to join the RESIG Team in our Mumbai office. The role entails ensuring on-time client deliverables, financial statement preparation, and team leadership within a supportive environment that emphasizes work-life balance.

Qualified candidates should have an MBA in Finance or equivalent, along with 6–8 years of experience in Fund Accounting, preferably with Private Equity Funds. Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with Yardi application is a plus.

• In-depth domain knowledge of financial markets.

Description du poste

We are seeking a Deputy Manager Fund Accountant to join the RESIG Team in our Bengaluru/Mumbai office.

Responsibilities

Operations (75%)

• Accountability for work product of the team.
• Act as the primary reviewer and quality assurance of the deliverables produced by your team.
• Ensure all client deliverables are on time and meet the EisnerAmper quality standard.
• Calculate, book and review deal‑wise fees such as Management, Incentive/carry, etc., as assigned.
• Prepare and review Financial Statements and Investor Reports including capital calls, distribution schedules and notices.

Client/CRM Satisfaction (10%)

• Effectively engage with assigned Clients/CRMs to build rapport and proactively manage expectations through calls and scheduled meetings.
• Maintains continuous focus and improvement in service quality for all assigned deliverables.
• Maintain required transparency and communication with Client/CRMs.
• Strive to attain 100% client reference and recommendation.

People Management and Retention (5%)

• Mentor and foster leadership skills and best practices among team members.
• Manage a team of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties as well as support mechanisms for achievement, including SMART goal setting.
• Encourage and facilitate team communication and rapport building within and across offices.
• Build employee motivation and engagement through innovative programs.
• Manage people’s career aspirations and ensure they align with organizational goals.

Basic Qualifications

• MBA (Finance) / CFA / CA or equivalent qualification.
• 6–8 years of work experience in Fund Accounting, preferably with hands‑on experience in Private Equity Funds.
• In‑depth domain and knowledge of financial markets.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications

• Experience in Yardi application.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
