Embitel Technologies is seeking a Python Test Automation Engineer for its Platform & Energy group in India. Location is Whitefield, Bangalore. Experience: 4 to 9 years.

You will contribute to automotive SW testing, leveraging Python scripting, Robot Framework, and industry tools to verify AT/Automotive software in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Automotive SW testing experience at APSICE SWE5/SWE6.

Responsibilities

• Strong Automotive SW testing experience from the APSICE level of SWE5 and SWE6.
• Have experience in using HIL and SIL based testing environment (CANoe /CAPEL based tools etc.)
• Strong working experience in Python Scripting and Robot framework.
• Strong working experience on Automotive networks such as CAN, LIN and Ethernet
• Proven experience & Deep understanding on the verification and Simulation tools and Environments.
• Experience in Autosar compliance standard.
• Experience with tools such as, GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins,CodeBeamer etc.
• Working knowledge on SAFe or similar frameworks.
• Good knowledge of full System Testing.
• Shall have a good understanding of Linux / UNIX / QNX
• Exposure to CI / CD framework.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, proactive and self-driven.
• ISTQB or any other automotive related certification is desirable.
