Job summary

The World Bank Group in Chennai, India seeks an ITS professional for Retiree Portal Support and corporate analytics. You will manage user access, provisioning, and onboarding, while monitoring performance and delivering analytics reports for new product rollouts.

You will participate in testing, create user guides, and help build Power BI and AI-based analytics to empower diverse stakeholders across multi-location teams.

Qualifications

• Typically requires an Associate's degree or a recognized certificate with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Can effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders (technical and non-technical) at all levels.
• Experience in conducting product demo sessions with business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work effectively within diverse teams, often in multi-location environments.
• Excellentorganizational skills and a strong commitment to meeting deadlineswithout requiring constant follow-up.
• Proactive self-starter capable of taking initiative with minimal supervision
• Highly results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to achieving goals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and consistently deliver within agreed-upon timeframes.
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification or equivalent is preferred.

The WBG Corporate Solutions Department (ITSCO) is focused on the digital transformation of essential corporate services to ensure WBG operations are seamless, resilient, and future ready. The Corporate Digital Backbone unit within ITSCO creates an autonomous digital backbone for the orchestration of data, transactions, processes, and insights across the diverse corporate portfolio, e.g. application modernization, technology debt reduction, efficient data exchange, advanced analytics, enterprise integration, automated business processes, and agentic-AI.
