Responsibilities

• Provide techno-functional advisory support for planning, implementation, and monitoring of e-Governance initiatives undertaken by the Department.
• Support conceptualization, design, and rollout of large-scale IT systems including portals, MIS platforms, dashboards, and mobile applications aligned with departmental requirements.
• Review and validate system design documents, SRS, workflows, and functional specifications for compliance with scheme guidelines and operational needs.
• Support the Department in technology adoption, system integration, data governance, cybersecurity, and interoperability with other government platforms.
• Assist in monitoring system performance, user adoption, and continuous improvement of IT solutions.
• Support the team of experts in executing assigned tasks.
• Conduct secondary research and conduct field visits.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance Collaborate with business and technical teams Ensure solutions align with security and compliance standards
