Job summary

Heterize Infotech Private Limited invites applications for an in-office Ecommerce Operations Internship in Indore. You will assist with product listings, coordinate with 70-80 brands, and handle supplier communications to ensure on-time deliveries.

About the internship:

As an e-commerce operations intern at Heterize Infotech Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable hands-on experience in the world of online retail. Responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing product Listing task on e-commerce platform.
2. Ability to handle 70-80 brands/suppliers and communicate with them to ensure timely deliveries.
3. Monitor brands inquiries and feedback, responding promptly via WhatsApp and professionally.
4. Support the Ecommerce team in coordinating product details and necessary document details required for Smooth Brand Onboarding over Ecommerce platform.
5. Contribute innovative ideas to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
