Job summary

nHRMS is seeking an E-commerce Content Executive in Hyderabad to manage product content across major marketplaces. You will handle listings, optimize images and descriptions, and lead A+ content initiatives to boost conversions.

This role requires 2–4 years in e-commerce content, proficiency with seller platforms, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced D2C environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce content/catalog management, preferably within Beauty & Personal Care (BPC).
• Hands-on experience managing listings on major marketplace platforms.
• Strong understanding of marketplace SEO and backend search terms.
• Working knowledge of A+ Content/EBC modules and rich media guidelines per platform.

Responsibilities

• Upload listing content for new SKU launches across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and Nykaa with platform-compliant content.
• Revamp product images and descriptions to improve discoverability and organic search rank.
• Drive ratings & review seeding programs to build a strong review base.
• Build and maintain Enhanced A+ Content / Rich PDP content to lift conversion rate.
• Prepare event-ready content ahead of major sale events.
• Run periodic content audits and prioritize fixes by traffic or revenue impact.
• Track backend search-term performance and refresh content based on findings.
• Benchmark competitor listings to identify gaps.
• Run A/B tests on titles, images, and A+ modules to identify best-converting content.
• Identify content-driven return reasons and update PDPs to reduce them.
• Maintain a content style guide for consistent tone across platforms.
• Monitor and respond to reviews/Q&A and flag recurring feedback themes.

E-commerce Content Executive

Department: Market Place and Quick Commerce

Reports to: VP, Market place and Quick Commerce

Location: Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities:

• Upload listing content (titles, descriptions, images, attributes) for new SKU launches across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and Nykaa, ensuring platform-compliant content from day one.
• Revamp product images and descriptions on an ongoing basis to improve discoverability and organic search rank.
• Drive ratings & review seeding programs to build and maintain a strong review base (target rating ≥ 4.0).
• Build and maintain Enhanced A+ Content / Rich PDP content — comparison charts, infographics, usage guides, lifestyle imagery — to lift conversion rate.
• Prepare event-ready content (banners, hero images, event-specific copy) ahead of major sale events.
• Run periodic content audits (image count, A+ coverage, title/description compliance) and prioritize fixes by traffic or revenue impact.
• Track backend search-term performance and organic keyword rank movement; refresh content based on findings.
• Benchmark competitor listings (content, imagery, ratings) to identify gaps.
• Run A/B tests on titles, images, and A+ modules to identify the best-converting content.
• Identify content-driven return reasons (unclear usage, mismatched expectations) and update PDPs to reduce them.
• Maintain a content style guide so tone, imagery, and messaging stay consistent across all platforms.
• Monitor and respond to reviews/Q&A, and flag recurring product feedback themes to the brand team.

Required Skills:

• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce content/catalog management, preferably within Beauty & Personal Care (BPC) — haircare, skincare, or Ayurvedic/wellness categories.
• Hands-on experience managing listings on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel, Myntra Partner Portal, and/or Nykaa's seller platform.
• Strong understanding of marketplace SEO — keyword research, indexing, backend search terms.
• Working knowledge of A+ Content/EBC modules and rich media guidelines per platform.
• Basic proficiency in Photoshop/Canva to brief or make quick content edits.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking content compliance and performance.
• Strong attention to detail and an ownership mindset — comfortable managing multiple SKUs and platforms simultaneously.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, supply chain, category managers) to get content live on time.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven D2C/startup environment.
