Job summary

Arihant Publications (india) Limited is seeking an E-commerce Advertising Specialist to own Amazon, Flipkart and other platform advertising for the Books category. You will optimize campaigns, manage budgets and report performance to leadership.

You will lead the Ads team, plan campaigns for launches and seasonal demand, align advertising with inventory and pricing, and drive adoption of new ad formats and automation to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• 25+ years in e-commerce advertising with large ad spend experience.
• 12 years of team management experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads.
• Strong knowledge of ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, CVR and Contribution Margin.
• Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Books/Publishing/Media experience preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
