Job summary

Infosys is seeking a dynamic consultant to join its Infosys Consulting team. You will participate in problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution design and deployment across client engagements.

You will explore alternatives, build POCs, and translate business needs into requirement specifications and to-be processes. Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and awareness of latest technologies are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and F&O in a consulting context.
• Ability to analyze business needs and map to Dynamics-based solutions.
• Collaborative mindset and client-facing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Actively aid the consulting team across problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and deployment.
• Explore alternatives to recommended solutions and build POCs.
• Create requirement specifications, define to-be processes and detailed functional designs.
• Support configuring solution requirements on products; diagnose issues and shortlist alternatives.
• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-value solutions.
• Work with clients to identify business challenges and refine, analyze and structure data.
• Stay aware of latest technologies and trends; apply logical thinking and collaboration.
• Assess current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest technology solutions.
• Possess one or two industry domain knowledge.

A day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design and deployment
• You will explore the alternatives to the recommended solutions based on research that includes literature surveys, information available in public domains, vendor evaluation information, etc. and build POCs
• You will create requirement specifications from the business needs, define the to-be-processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements.
• You will support configuring solution requirements on the products; understand if any issues, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives
