PwC India is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Implementation Consultant to join our Hyderabad team. You will lead SCM & Manufacturing module deployments, perform design, configuration, and go-live activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Candidates must have 5+ years in Dynamics 365, 2 full life cycle implementations, experience with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow/Jira, and the ability to train users and document SOPs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 as an implementation consultant.
• At least 2 full life cycle implementations or 3+ years in a Dynamics 365 F&O support/AMS role in Supply Chain Management modules.
• Experience supporting or implementing Dynamics 365 F&O in the Supply Chain Management Modules.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps and/or ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Desk
• Self-motivated and able to perform duties under minimal supervision.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, SOPs, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to conduct user training sessions.
• Comfortable managing concurrent support requests across ticket priorities (P1P4) and working within SLA-bound timelines
• Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 will be a plus.
