Job summary

IDEMIA Group in Noida invites a Dynamics 365 P2P Functional/Business Analyst to join our global finance team. You will act as a functional expert for Procure-to-Pay, covering procurement, purchasing, approvals, and vendor invoicing within a multinational ERP framework.

The role requires 2+ years of P2P/Procurement/Finance experience and deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Procurement & Sourcing and Accounts Payable modules.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in P2P / procurement / finance
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Procurement & Sourcing; Accounts Payable)
• Experience with deployment, migrations or tool integration is a plus

This role connects with internal customer to understand business requirements and translate them into technical and functional solution through group or local applications.

Key Missions

We are hiring for "Dynamics 365 P2P Functional/Business Analyst" role at Noida location.

As a P2P Business Analyst L3, you will act as a functional expert for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) domain - Procurement, Purchasing, Approvals, and Vendor Invoicing - within a global IT organization.

You will provide Level 3 functional support, primarily in project mode, to a global user base spanning the Americas, Europe, and Asia. The scope is mainly built on Microsoft D365 F&O, with a residual scope on AX2009, complemented by peripheral tools including T&E tools, Third Party Management tool, Compliance tool.

Key Responsibilities -

Act as an escalation point for complex functional issues raised by Level 1 and Level 2 support teams, primarily in project mode.

Perform root-cause analysis and provide functional resolution or coordinate with technical teams / editor as required.

Contribute to P2P-related projects: functional evolutions, deployments, migrations, and tool integrations.

Support the deployment and rollout of D365, AX2009, and peripheral tools (Coupa, T&E, Egencia) to local teams and end users.

Configure and maintain approval workflows and P2P processes within D365 (Procurement & Sourcing, Accounts Payable modules).

Contribute to the maintenance of AX2009 for the residual legacy scope.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of P2P processes and tools.

Provide training and functional guidance to end users and support teams.

Required Skills -

2+ years of experience in P2P / Procurement / Finance, ideally within an international ERP environment.

Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, notably Procurement & Sourcing and Accounts Payable modules.

Knowledge of AX2009 is a plus.

Experience with Coupa, T&E, and Egencia is a plus.

Ability to operate as Level 3 support: diagnosis, root-cause analysis, resolution.

Experience working in project mode (deployment, migration, tool integration).
