Aegis Softtech in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is seeking Dynamics 365 professionals to join our team. The role focuses on implementing new data processing and collection algorithms, creating real-time data processing, and integrating it with CRM functionalities to meet client needs.

You will translate customer requirements into functional Dynamics 365 processes, collaborate with marketing, sales and other teams, and design application interfaces and components.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end creation and management of Dynamics 365.
• Data systems experience for manufacturing, warehouses, logistics, customer service and sales.
• Experience with NoSQL, MongoDB and SQL databases.
• Functional knowledge of supply chain, customer management and back-end operations.
• Ability to translate client needs into a customized CRM application.
• Ability to collaborate with a multifunctional team.
• Ability to handle client communications and feedback.

• Experience in working in No SQL, MongoDB and other SQL databases
• Functional knowledge of the supply chain process, customer management and back-end business operations.
• Ability to work with the clients to understand their CRM needs and delivering a customized CRM application.
• Ability to collaborate with a multifunctional team.
• Ability to handle client communications and feedback.
