Sii Polska is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join the global ERP team, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will bridge business requirements and ERP solutions, supporting enhancements, rollouts, and transformation initiatives across multiple countries and legal entities.

You will lead workshops, translate requirements into specs, and collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment with the ERP roadmap. Fluent English and travel readiness are required.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst supporting D365 BC or NAV.
• Strong understanding of finance processes: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Banking, Financial Reporting, Intercompany, Period Close.
• Experience in multinational organizations with multiple legal entities and countries.
• Experience facilitating workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile ERP implementations and international rollouts.
• Formal education in IT/Business/Finance; CBAP or PMI-PBA is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in global environments.

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our global ERP team and support the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) platform. In this role, you will work closely with regional and global stakeholders, acting as the bridge between business requirements and ERP solutions while supporting ongoing enhancements, rollouts, and transformation initiatives across multiple countries and legal entities.

Your tasks

• Leading stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering, and business process analysis for the D365 Business Central platform
• Managing business demand pipelines and translating requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Supporting system enhancements, functional testing, release management, issue analysis, and post-production support activities
• Participating in ERP deployments, regional rollouts, fit-gap assessments, change management, and go-live planning
• Maintaining project governance, process documentation, user training, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborating with business users and global ERP teams to ensure regional requirements align with the global ERP roadmap

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) or Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Strong understanding of finance processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Banking, Financial Reporting, Intercompany Transactions, and Period Close
• Experience working in multinational organizations with multiple legal entities and countries
• Hands-on experience facilitating workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution design discussions
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, and international rollouts using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Educational background in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines; CBAP or PMI-PBA certification is an advantage
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills
• Fluent English communication skills with the ability to work effectively in global environments
• Willingness to travel regionally as required
