Job summary

Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting seeks an experienced HR leader with a strong background in employment laws and employee relations to guide HR operations within the automotive sector. The role emphasizes investigations, policy governance, and regulatory compliance.

You will work with the Talent Attraction team to ensure fair recruitment, equity, and efficient handling of complex employee relations matters in a global automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in a relevant field.
• 10+ years’ experience in an Automotive environment.
• Strong background in employment laws, labour relations, and HR best practices.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Excellent knowledge of employment policies, practices, and procedures.
