Responsibilities

• Deal Sourcing and Evaluation: Identify and source high-potential pre-IPO and early-stage investment opportunities for clients.
• Client Advisory: Advise HNIs and family offices on private market deals, including due diligence on startups' financial health, market position, and growth potential.
• Deal Facilitation: Manage end-to-end deal process for pre-IPO placements and secondary transactions with UHNI investors, including preparing legal documents and negotiating terms.
• Startup Advisory: Advise startups on capital raising and funding strategies through HNIs, family offices, and micro-VCs.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to guide investment strategies.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with founders, VCs, family offices, and HNIs.
• Portfolio Management: Help clients integrate private market investments into their wealth plan for a balanced and diversified portfolio.
