Job summary

Expleo is seeking a motivated CAE Engineer (Durability Analyst) in Chennai to drive pre-/post-processing, linear and non-linear static analyses, and fatigue simulations for automotive components. You will use ANSA, Meta Post, Abaqus, and ideally nCode to deliver virtual validation results that inform design decisions.

The role requires 3–10 years in CAE within automotive or related sectors, with strong problem-solving and reporting skills to support product development milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical/Automotive/Aerospace engineering or related field.
• 3–10 years of CAE experience in automotive or related industries.
• Familiarity with durability, dynamics, or optimization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute structural simulations in Abaqus, including linear and non-linear static analyses.
