Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in DTP, proficiency in InDesign/ Illustrator / Photoshop, Marathi & Hindi typing, and a keen eye for detail under tight

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma / Graduate or Diploma/Certificate in Graphic Design, Desktop Publishing, or Commercial Art.
• Experience: 2–5 years as a DTP Operator in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Construction, or Advertising.
• Software: Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW; Acrobat Pro and MS Office.
• Typing: Marathi and Hindi typing proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, format, and layout brochures, corporate profiles, flyers, newsletters, and site signage.
• Format complex documents and tender submissions per brand guidelines; prepare EOIs and dockets.
• Edit images, create site maps, route maps, and perform color corrections for promos.
• Coordinate with print vendors; ensure print-ready PDFs with CMYK/RGB and bleed/margins.
• Ensure quality checks for typography, alignment, and pagination.

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and efficient DTP Operator(Desktop Publishing Operator) to handle the layout, formatting, design, andproduction of our technical, commercial, and promotional documentation.

In this role, you will work closely with our civilengineers, architects, project managers, and marketing team to producehigh-quality brochures, tender documents, site layout maps, project profiles,and compliance reports.

Key Responsibilities

1. Document Layout & Formatting

• Design,format, and layout infrastructure project brochures, corporate profiles,sales flyers, newsletters, and site signage.
  
• Formatcomplex technical documents, site reports, Project Management (PMC)reports, and structural presentations using brand guidelines.
  
• Prepareand format formal tender submission documents, Expression of Interest(EOI) files, and regulatory approval dockets.
  

2. Graphic Editing & Integration

• Import,resize, and edit high-resolution site photography, architectural renders,2D floor plans, and route maps.
  
• Performimage touch-ups, color correction, background removal, and photomanipulation for promotional materials.
  
• Prepareclear visual representations of site maps, location charts, and milestonetimelines.
  

3. Print Production & Quality Control

• Preparefinal print-ready files (PDFs, EPS, AI) with correct margins, bleed marks,crop marks, and color profiles (CMYK vs. RGB).
  
• Coordinatedirectly with external print vendors in Navi Mumbai for brochure printing,site flex banners, hoardings, and site safety signage.
  
• Maintainrigorous quality checks to ensure accuracy in layout, typography,alignment, page numbers, and spelling.
  
• Prepareregional language promotional materials (Marathi & Hindi) alongsideEnglish documents.
  
• Convertlayout files into digital formats suitable for WhatsApp marketing, emailcampaigns, website downloads, and social media posting.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: High School Diploma / Graduate or Diploma/Certificate in Graphic Design,Desktop Publishing, or Commercial Art.
  
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a DTP Operator, ideally within RealEstate, Infrastructure, Construction, or Advertising agencies handlingreal estate clients.
  
• SoftwareProficiency:
  
• CoreDTP: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW.
  
• DocumentTools: Adobe Acrobat Pro (PDF editing & pre-flighting), MS Office(Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  
• RegionalTyping: Expertise in Marathi and Hindi typing tools (e.g., ISM,Shree-Lipi, or Unicode typing software).
  
• TechnicalKnowledge: Understanding of print prepress processes, paper types,banner materials, color schemes, and document pagination.
  
• LanguageSkills: Strong command over written English, Marathi, and Hindi.
  
• Attentionto Detail: Meticulous approach to alignment, grid consistency, fontsizes, and typo corrections.
  
• Speed& Accuracy: Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines,particularly during tender submissions or project launch campaigns.
  
• Collaboration: Comfortable interacting with civil engineers, site managers, marketingexecutives, and external print partners.
  

Salary - Up to Rs. 30 K per month
