Job description

Location: India (specify city or remote with travel)

Salary: Up to 1200000 INR/Year (Including Variable)

Experience: Minimum 4+ years in DSP/last-mile dispatch operations (ideally with Amazon DSPs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end dispatch operations for the DSP account: route planning, rostering, rescues, driver coordination, performance tracking
• Interface with client (Amazon DSP client) and internal teams (NewFleet dispatch, operations, quality)
• Ensure SLA compliance, quality metrics, driver productivity, and escalates appropriately
• Use data and dashboards (Chime, Netradyne, scheduling tools) to monitor performance and drive improvements
• Lead a team of dispatchers, ensure training, accountability and shift-coverage
• Manage peak season planning, resource allocation and cost-control
• Strong communication (English) and stakeholder management
• Data-driven mindset, comfortable with Excel, KPI tracking and escalation handling
• Leadership, team management, shift scheduling, 24/7 operations mindset
• Understanding of Amazon DSP standards and deliverables
