Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Mumbai is seeking a pharmacovigilance data entry professional to handle case intake, data entry and quality review for cases in the database.

The role requires 2+ years in pharmacovigilance, with familiarity in ARISg, LSMV and NavaX databases. You will perform medical coding for events and diseases and liaise with Medical Advisors and Team Leads as needed.

Responsibilities

• Case intake, data entry and quality review of case information in the database.
• Carry out medical coding for the Event and Disease tab.
• Communicate medical queries to the Medical Advisor and process related queries to the Team Lead.
• Identify and escalate issues to the Team Lead in a timely manner.
• Provide regular status reports on work completion to the Team Lead.
• Participate in regular team meetings and client interactions as required.

Job description

Case Intake, Data enter, Quality review information received pertaining to the case in the database. Refer to the Data entry conventions for any questions while entering the data.

Preferred experience in ARISg, LSMV, NavaX database.

Minimum experience of more than 2 years in Pharmacovigilance.

Carry out the medical coding for the Event and the Disease tab.

Communicate medical queries to the Medical Advisor and process related queries to the Team lead.

Identify and communicate issues/potential issues to the Team Lead on time.

Perform tasks/activities as communicated by the Team Lead.

Provide regular status reports on work completion to Team Lead.

Escalation of identified unresolved issues to Team Lead on time.

Participate in regular team meetings.

Participate in Client interactions and telecon if required..
