Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety operations.
• Degree in Pharmacy, Pharm D, BHMS, BDS, or equivalent qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and register incoming adverse event reports from multiple sources into the safety database.
• Perform case book-in and initial registration of ICSR accurately and within defined timelines.
• Process source documents, ensuring completeness and correct attachment.
• Carry out data entry in line with defined conventions and SOPs.
• Monitor and manage shared mailboxes, ensuring timely retrieval and acknowledgement.
• Perform duplicate checks to identify potential duplicate cases.
• Support high-volume processing of predominantly non-serious cases while maintaining quality and turnaround standards.
• Escalate incomplete, ambiguous, or potentially serious cases to the relevant team lead.

This is a high-volume operational role focused on accurate case intake, book-in, and administrative support within a consumer healthcare pharmacovigilance program.

Qualifications and Experience
