Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive safely for the Founder/Director to meetings, offices, residences, airports, and other destinations
• Plan routes efficiently, maintain punctual pickup/drop-off, and handle local and outstation travel as required
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness of the assigned vehicle
• Maintain records of mileage, fuel expenses, tolls, and service history; assist with errands and document delivery when required
• Adhere to traffic laws and ensure confidentiality of business and personal information

Position Title: Personal Driver to Founder/Director

Reporting To: Founder/Director / Admin Department

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and trustworthy Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for the Founder/Director. The candidate will be responsible for driving, vehicle maintenance, route planning, and ensuring timely travel while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Transportation

• Safely transport the Founder/Director to meetings, offices, residences, airports, and other destinations.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off as per schedule.
• Plan routes efficiently considering traffic and road conditions.
• Be available for local and outstation travel as required.
• Maintain a calm, courteous, and professional demeanor while driving.

Vehicle Maintenance

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure roadworthiness.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned vehicle.
• Monitor fuel levels, servicing schedules, insurance, PUC, and other vehicle-related documents.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance as required.

Administrative Support

• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel expenses, tolls, and service history.
• Assist with document delivery, banking work, and official errands when required.
• Handle company assets and documents responsibly.

Compliance & Safety

• Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Ensure all vehicle documents remain valid and updated.
• Maintain complete confidentiality regarding business and personal information of the Founder/Director.

Required Qualifications

• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
