Job summary

Across Constructions is seeking an architectural drafter to produce detailed drawings using AutoCAD 3D, AutoCAD 2D, and SketchUp. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure precise design specifications and compliant plans for residential and commercial buildings.

The role includes conducting site visits to gather information and measurements for renovations or new construction, developing floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, and ensuring adherence

Qualifications

• Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD 3D, AutoCAD 2D, SketchUp and other relevant software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and project managers to ensure accurate design specifications.
• Conduct site visits to gather information on existing structures and take measurements for renovation or new construction projects.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections and details for various building types (residential/commercial).
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
