Job summary

Getinge is seeking a fresh architecture graduate for drafting and BIM coordination in Mumbai. You will prepare architectural drawings in CAD and Revit, develop 3D models, and produce MEP layouts aligned with client specs.

You will coordinate with teams and ensure design accuracy while maintaining records and conducting site visits as required. Responsibilities include evaluating quantities and supporting project delivery with Enscape rendering and BIM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) is required.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in CAD and BIM tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings in CAD / Revit per LOD standards.
• Create electrical/ELV/plumbing/fire/HVAC ducting drawings on layout.
• Develop 3D rendered architectural/structural models using Enscape / BIM tools.
• Create parametric and non-parametric Revit families per client specs.
• Model architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for design accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external architects to meet project needs.
• Evaluate Bill of Quantities.
• Maintain drawing log and records.
• Site inspection visits as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of architectural drawings in CAD / Revit in alignment with industry-standard Levels of Development (LOD).


• Preparation of Electrical/ELV/Plumbing/fire/HVAC Ducting drawing on Architectural bas layout


• Develop 3D Rendered architectural and structural models using Enscape /BIM software such as Revit.


• Create both parametric and non-parametric Revit families tailored to client specifications.


• Model architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure design accuracy and integration.


• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external architects to meet project requirements.


• Evaluate Bill of Quantities


• Maintaining Drawing log and Record


• Site inspection visit as and when necessary to map the project scope.
