Job summary

Enertek Solutions is seeking an experienced electrical drawings engineer in Maharashtra to prepare detailed electrical and instrumentation drawings for industrial projects. You will develop SLDs, schematics, wiring and control panel layouts, while coordinating with P&ID, piping, instrumentation and civil layouts.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, strong AutoCAD and EPLAN skills, and a solid understanding of IS/IEC standards.

Qualifications

• Strong AutoCAD drafting and drawing-management skills.
• Good EPLAN knowledge.
• Excellent understanding of industrial electrical systems and control panels.
• Ability to independently understand electrical schematics and control circuits.
• Ability to read P&IDs and Instrumentation drawings.
• Good understanding of cable tray routing and electrical/instrument cable segregation.
• Knowledge of applicable IS/IEC standards.
• Ability to identify drawing errors and coordinate corrections independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical engineering drawings for industrial projects.
• Develop SLD, schematic, wiring, control and interconnection drawings.
• Prepare MCC, PCC, APFC, DB, PLC and control panel GA and wiring drawings.
• Prepare detailed cable schedules, termination schedules and cable routing drawings.
• Prepare lighting, power distribution, earthing and lightning protection layouts.
• Prepare panel GA, internal component layout, gland plate and terminal arrangement drawings.
• Prepare drawings for Electrical + Instrumentation + Automation interfaces.
• Coordinate drawings with P&ID, instrumentation, piping and civil layouts.
• Review drawings for technical accuracy, cross-referencing, cable numbers, tag numbers and consistency.
• Incorporate site modifications and prepare final As-Built drawings.
• Manage drawing revisions, document numbering and drawing registers.
• Coordinate directly with engineers, project managers, vendors and site teams.
• Able to independently handle drawing packages from initial design through IFC and As-Built stage.
