Responsibilities

• Prepare HVAC layout drawings, ducting layouts, piping layouts, and equipment installation drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specs, client requirements and applicable standards; coordinate with HVAC engineers, architects, structural and MEP teams to resolve clashes.
• Revise drawings based on engineering comments and site requirements; assist in quantity take-offs and material schedules from drawings.
• Participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings and incorporate changes into drawings.
• Ensure timely delivery of drafting outputs while maintaining quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• 1) Prepare HVAC layout drawings, ducting layouts, piping layouts, and equipment installation drawings based on engineering designs.
• 2) Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, client requirements, and applicable standards. Coordinate with HVAC engineers, architects, structural, and MEP teams to resolve design clashes and drawing discrepancies.
• 3) Revise and update drawings based on engineering comments and site requirements. Assist in quantity take-offs and preparation of material schedules from drawings.
• 4) Participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings and incorporate required changes into drawings.
