Dozee is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our dynamic development team.

Candidates will be working with top healthcare providers in the country and leverage RPM’s innovation to tackle healthcare’s biggest challenges – from resource constraints to quality outcomes, to new care models.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand requirements and specifications
• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements
• Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing
• Execute test cases and document results systematically
• Identify, document, and track defects and work with development teams to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to streamline testing processes
• Implement and enhance automated testing frameworks.
• Work closely with development, product management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Participate in design and code reviews to provide quality perspectives.
• Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in QA and testing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in software quality assurance, testing methodologies, and test automation.
• Experience with testing tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
