Job summary

Tieto is seeking a Product Engineer to support the Payer Migration to AWS program, delivering secure, scalable cloud-native healthcare solutions from Bengaluru. The role involves building .NET 8+ applications, frontend with Angular/React, and migrating workloads to AWS.

You will implement Terraform-based infrastructure, CI/CD with GitHub Actions, and work with PostgreSQL/SQL Server in a collaborative Agile environment across distributed teams. Immediate joiner preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years software engineering experience.
• .NET 8+, C# expertise.
• AWS knowledge: S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudFront, KMS, SSM.
• Angular and/or React experience.
• Terraform, GitHub and GitHub Actions experience.
• Experience in AWS migration projects, cloud-native application development, and the healthcare/payer domain will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, payer, or SaaS product development environments.
• Hands-on experience with application modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven application design.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AWS Well-Architected Framework and cloud security best practices.
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform in enterprise environments.
• AWS Developer Associate or AWS Solutions Architect certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience working with distributed teams and large-scale enterprise applications.
• Exposure to observability and monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, or Splunk.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience

Work Location & Engagement Requirements

• Resources must be based out of a Client office location and work from the office at least 3 days per week.
• Shift timings will be regular business hours; however, candidates should be flexible to attend meetings with US-based teams as required.
• This engagement is project requirement-based, and resources should be adaptable to evolving business and delivery needs.
