Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineerwith strong expertise in Core .NET development and AI-powered application development, along with exposure to modern frontend technologies such as React. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling intelligent enterprise applications, leveraging AI technologies, cloud-native architectures, and modern software engineering practices to deliver innovative solutions for global customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and AI technologies.
• Build and integrate AI-powered solutions, including Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Generative AI capabilities, and intelligent automation features within enterprise applications.
• Architect and develop robust RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applicationswith a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Data Scientists, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and enhance modern web applications using React and TypeScript, ensuring seamless integration with backend services and a superior user experience.
• Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, sprint planning, and code reviews while promoting engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Technical Expertise

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
• Proven experience designing and developing enterprise-grade backend systems, APIs, and microservices.
• Experience working with Generative AI technologies, including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AI Agents, RAG architectures, or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, vector databases, embeddings, and AI application integration patterns.
• Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Good working knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, and distributed system design.
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles including SOLID, Clean Architecture, Design Patterns, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and application security principles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience building AI copilots, chatbots, virtual assistants, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, or similar AI platforms.
• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or Azure AI Search.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, GitOps practices, and DevOps tools.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Application Insights, Grafana, DataDog, or similar platforms.
