Job summary

Nokia is seeking a Customer Solution Architect to design and maintain end-to-end labs by integrating cloud platforms, applications, and services aligned with reference architectures. You will build scalable environments, drive testing, and automate workflows across cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, customer-centric solutions.

You will lead the development of test scripts, track progress, and ensure interoperability and security across diverse platforms and networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; 10+ years of software/cloud experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms and integration across multiple domains.
• Knowledge of 5G standards and telecom protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain full-stack service labs integrating apps, networks, and cloud platforms.
• Ensure vertical and horizontal integration across cloud platforms and applications.
• Lead end-to-end test setups matching NAM customer architectures.
• Deploy and maintain automation infrastructure, pipelines, tools, and scripts.
• Build and manage shared cloud lab environments with on-demand access and secure labs.
• Automate lab creation, teardown and maintenance processes.
• Use scripts, pipelines and APIs to minimize manual work.
• Lead development of test scripts for automated testing and coverage.
• Track test progress, resolve issues and validate results against requirements.

Job Description

As a Customer Solution Architect, you'll build and maintain end-to-end customer solution labs by integrating cloud platforms, applications, and services aligned with customer reference architectures. You'll design scalable, production-like environments and drive functional, performance, stability, and interoperability testing to ensure solution quality. Working across cross-functional teams, you'll automate test workflows, troubleshoot complex integrations, and help deliver reliable, customer-centric solutions with confidence.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

• Design and maintain full-stack service labs, integrating applications, networks, and cloud platforms with customer gold standard configurations.


• Ensure vertical and horizontal integration across diverse cloud platforms and applications.


• Lead the execution of end-to-end test setups, matching NAM customer architectures and gold standards.


• Deploy and maintain automation infrastructure, including pipelines, tools, and scripts.


• Build and manage shared cloud lab environments, providing on-demand access to domains, keep labs stable, secure, and user-friendly, ensuring optimal performance and security.


• Automate lab creation, teardown, and maintenance processes, reducing manual effort.


• Utilize scripts, pipelines, and APIs to minimize manual work and enhance efficiency.


• Lead the development of test scripts for automated testing, improving test coverage and speed.


• Track test progress, resolve issues, and validate results against requirements, delivering comprehensive validation reports.

Key Skills And Experience

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field with 10+ years of experience in software development, cloud computing, or a similar field.


• Knowledge of K8s and openstack cloud platforms, networking, and Nokia Core and BA application integration.


• Experience with protocols like SIP, Diameter, and 5G standards.


• Proficiency in designing and implementing end-to-end test strategies.


• Skills in understanding and addressing customer requirements effectively.

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of cloud security, network security, and secure coding practices.
