Job summary

UPS is seeking a DocuSign Workflow Developer to design, build, and maintain complex DocuSign workflows. You will debug and optimize existing workflows, collaborate with stakeholders, and stay current with new features.

You will translate business requirements into effective workflow solutions, document processes, and provide end-user training as needed. A Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a DocuSign Workflow Developer.
• Strong understanding of DocuSign’s advanced features, including conditional routing, data validation, and custom fields.
• Experience with creating workflows from scratch and configuring complex business logic.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new, custom DocuSign workflows from initial concept to completion.
• Configure and customize complex DocuSign workflows to meet specific business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and debug existing workflows, identifying and resolving issues to ensure seamless operation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective workflow solutions.
• Document workflow processes and provide training to end-users as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with new DocuSign features and best practices.
• Flexible to work in different time zones.
