Job summary

Siro Clinpharm is seeking a DocuSign Engineer to manage the enterprise Digital Signature platform end-to-end in L3 BAU, including configurations and integration troubleshooting.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience with envelope workflows, license demand forecasting, and strong governance. Location options include Delhi/NCR or Hyderabad to support enterprise operations.

Responsibilities

• DocuSign & Digital Signature Services: Operate the enterprise Digital Signature platform end-to-end within L3 BAU scope.
• Capacity Planning & Forecasting: Monitor consumption against the approximately 200,000 annual envelope baseline and develop governance reports.
• Operations, Governance & Vendor Management: Lead RCA for recurring issues and coordinate DocuSign/vendor escalations through closure and support audits with logs.

Job Role-DocuSign Engineer

Experience Range- 5 to 10 Years

Location - Hyderabad and Delhi / NCR

Must-Have

• Advanced DocuSign administration: account settings, permission profiles, groups, brands, templates and envelope workflows

• Capacity planning and forecasting for envelopes, licences and service demand

• Troubleshooting M365 and downstream application integration issues

Good-to-Have

• DocuSign Connect/API, OAuth, webhooks or integration diagnostics exposure
• Compliance, audit and retention management experience
• Power BI, PowerShell or automation skills for reporting/controls
• Experience supporting regulated/GxP-aware business processes
• Understanding of GDPR and enterprise records-management controls

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1. DocuSign & Digital Signature Services

Operate the enterprise Digital Signature platform end-to-end within L3 BAU scope.

Execute approved configuration changes and minor enhancements under Customer L4 direction.

Troubleshoot complex platform, template, envelope, integration and access issues.

Maintain tenant configuration baseline, operational guardrails, runbooks and known-error database.

2. Capacity Planning & Forecasting

Monitor consumption against the approximately 200,000 annual envelope baseline.

Develop usage, license and service-demand trend reports for monthly/quarterly governance.

Recommend operational optimization opportunities while escalating architecture decisions to Customer L4.

3. Operations, Governance & Vendor Management

Lead RCA for recurring issues and implement approved preventive actions.

Coordinate DocuSign/vendor escalations through closure.

Support compliance reviews and audits with configuration evidence, logs and change history.
