Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an experienced DocuSign CLM Tech Lead to guide deployment, customization, and lifecycle workflows across enterprise contracts. The role spans Hyderabad, Bengaluru or PAN INDIA with hybrid work.

The candidate will own CLM configuration, integrate with Salesforce, and implement secure identity controls while collaborating with global teams and ensuring process efficiency through strong documentation.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years hands-on experience with DocuSign CLM configuration and administration.
• Proven experience integrating CLM with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in C#, XPath, and XML for workflow and document logic customization.
• Familiarity with identity and access management tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes and legal operations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
