Job summary

Nordex Group is seeking a documentation coordinator within Engineering to organize and plan engineering documentation, collect and align stakeholder inputs, and create complete documentation packages.

You will coordinate document creation between technical content providers, system leads, component owners and writers, manage documentation systems (Teamcenter and CMS), drive continuous improvement, and maintain high‑quality, structured communication across a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Organize and plan Engineering documentation.
• Collect, align, and organize the documentation required from Engineering stakeholders. Create documentation packages.
• Participate in the Engineering development projects, ensuring proper and timely documentation.
• Coordinate the creation of necessary documents between technical content providers, System Leads, Component Responsibles, and Technical Writers.
• Coordinate the continuous improvement tickets.
• Manage Teamcenter and CMS (Content Management System) for the creation, organization, and change management of documentation.
• Improve the procedures related to documentation creation and management within the Engineering department
• Team worker, customer & solution oriented, clear and structured communication and leadership skills. High quality awareness and assertiveness. Intercultural experience necessary.
• Comfortable to work and interact frequently with relevant stakeholders across the organization, understanding situations and applying a global perspective aligned with company strategy.
• Combining creativity with attention to detail and a systematic and careful way of working.
