Job summary

AECOM seeks a Contract & Commercial Lead Wind PMC to support contract administration, change management, claims evaluation, payment certification, and governance across utility-scale wind projects.

Ideal candidate has 7-10 years in contracts and commercial management within EPC, infrastructure, power, renewable energy, or wind sectors, with MRICS/RICS, NICMAR, WorldCC/IACCM, or PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering is required.
• MBA/PG Diploma in contracts or related fields preferred.
• MRICS/RICS, NICMAR, WorldCC/IACCM, or PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contract Administration: maintain correspondence, notices, deliverables, and records; monitor key obligations and milestones; track variations and change orders.
• Commercial Management: review payment applications, evaluate delay events and claims; coordinate with Planning, Construction, and Quantity Surveying teams.
• Reporting & Governance: maintain registers; support dispute avoidance and project closeout; prepare commercial status reports for leadership.

Job Description

The Contract & Commercial Lead Wind PMC will support contract administration, change management, claims evaluation, payment certification, and commercial governance activities across utility-scale wind project packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract Administration
• Maintain contract correspondence, notices, deliverables, and contractual records.
• Monitor compliance with key contractual obligations and milestones.
• Track variations, claims, and change orders.

Commercial Management

• Review payment applications and supporting documentation.
• Support evaluation of delay events, entitlement matters, and claims submissions.
• Coordinate inputs from Planning, Construction, and Quantity Surveying teams.

Reporting & Governance

• Maintain variation, claim, and commercial risk registers.
• Support dispute avoidance and project closeout activities.
• Prepare commercial status reports for project leadership.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• MBA/PG Diploma in Contracts, Commercial Management, Law, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying preferred.

Experience
