About the Role

Responsibilities

• Develop Expertise in US Healthcare Systems: Acquire in‑depth knowledge of US healthcare regulations, workflows, documentation standards (such as HIPAA, ICD, CPT, and HL7), and payer‑provider processes to effectively support health plan configuration, implementation, and compliance.
• Analyse and Resolve Medicare Health Plans/Document Issues: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex health plan configuration challenges efficiently by applying logical problem solving to ensuring seamless functionality.
• Cross‑Functional Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with development, QA, business analysts, senior team members, and other involved teams to ensure clear communication, alignment on requirements, and smooth execution of project deliverables.
• Transform Client Requirements (Health Plan Configuration and Document Specific) into Functional Solutions: Assist in understanding client needs specific to documents and health plan configuration, and converting them into clear, actionable specifications.
• Participate in the Project Lifecycle: Be actively involved in all project phases, including requirement gathering, design, development, and document testing, contributing to smooth execution.
• Assist in Document Testing and Quality Assurance Across Environments: Support unit testing and quality assurance efforts by validating system functionality, enhancements, and fixes across multiple environments to ensure they meet required standards and provide a seamless user experience.
• Engage in Client Interaction and Communication: Participate in client meetings, gather feedback, and provide updates on project progress to ensure alignment with client expectations and foster strong professional relationships.
• Contribute to Agile Project Management: Play an active role in project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables align with timelines.
