DMS (Distribution Management System) Technical Architect

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of our DuckCreek-based Distribution Management System. You will define the architecture, integrations, and workflows to deliver scalable, maintainable, and efficient DMS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end DMS solutions on DuckCreek, including modules, data models, and integrations.
• Translate business requirements (agent onboarding, commissions, reporting) into technical designs.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and enforce best practices.
• Ensure smooth integration with other systems (ERP, CRM, DuckCreek modules).
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing systems; maintain technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience with DuckCreek modules (DMS, Policy, Billing, Claims).
• Strong understanding of insurance distribution workflows and processes.
• Expertise in system architecture, integrations, SQL, .NET/C#, and web services.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and communicate with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience across multiple DuckCreek modules.
• Familiarity with cloud, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
