Job summary

CorroHealth, Inc. is seeking an experienced Coding Team Lead to oversee day-to-day coding operations in India. You will manage a 30–55 member team, ensure accuracy and timely delivery, and serve as the primary contact for client services and operations.

You will mentor staff, plan resources based on forecasted volume, review reports, and drive process improvements. The role also involves preparing month-end tasks and invoicing clients, with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Life Science graduation with Anatomy/Physiology as main subjects.
• 8–10 years coding experience, with at least 4 years leading teams of 30–55 members.
• Certifications: CPC, COC, CRC, CPCP from AAPC or CCS, CCSP, CCA from AHIMA.

Responsibilities

• Part of coding team and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Oversee coding activities to ensure customer service and quality expectations are met.
• Be the primary contact for coding questions relating to Client services and operations.
• Review reports to identify issues, investigate and correct as per guidelines, and implement solutions.
• Manage multiple tasks and create solutions from available information.
• Own challenging assignments independently and deliver as required across the company.
• Total ownership and leadership responsibility for team development.
• Resource planning based on business volume forecasting.
• Continu continual improvement of process through regular client interactions.
• Prepare manuals, training kits and other process documentation.
• Prepare the month-end reports and invoice clients.
• Evaluate trends and month-end collections for each client.
• Submit the annual appraisal reports by evaluating team members on KRAs.
