Job summary

CorroHealth, Inc. is seeking a Senior Coding Team Lead to guide a large coding group and ensure high accuracy and timely client service. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, problem resolution, and process improvement across multiple clients.

You will lead 30–55 team members, drive performance, and coordinate training, reporting, and invoicing. Strong communication and leadership are essential to success in this fast-paced healthcare analytics environment.

Qualifications

• Life Science graduation or equivalent with Anatomy/Physiology as main subjects.
• 8–10 years of coding experience, with at least 4 years in leading a team of 30–55 members.
• AAPC/CPC, COC, CRC, CPCP certifications; AHIMA CCS/CCSP/CCA certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Play an integral part of coding team and manage day-to-day operations.
• Be the primary contact for coding questions related to Client services and operations.
• Review reports to identify issues, investigate, and implement solutions per coding guidelines.
• Own challenging assignments and deliver work across the company.
• Lead team development and resource planning based on forecasted volumes.
• Prepare manuals and training materials; manage month-end reports and client invoicing.
