Job summary

Adani is seeking a Technical Project/Program Manager to drive cost-efficient bids and oversee Smart Metering initiatives such as MSEDCL Package 6. You will ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards while steering project execution.

Responsibilities include risk analysis, adoption of Integrated Project Management Software, and collaboration with DISCOMs, utilities, and internal departments to achieve seamless delivery.

• 0-5 years of work experience in technical project/program management

• Drive project completion by monitoring Smart Metering projects, including MSEDCL Package 6, to meet quality, timeline and budget.
• Enforce regulatory and internal standards to reduce operational risks during bidding and execution.
• Analyze market trends and implement risk mitigation strategies for secure implementation.
• Lead adoption of Integrated Project Management Software to enhance transparency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the AMI Strategy team on Smart Metering solutions aligned with market trends and growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders, ensuring clear deliverables and compliant execution.

Align cross-functional teams by facilitating collaboration, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring project strategies are implemented effectively to meet organizational objectives.

Strengthen partnerships with DISCOMs, utilities, vendors, and regulatory authorities by fostering transparent communication, defining clear deliverables, and ensuring compliance with project requirements to achieve seamless execution.
