Detailed Job Description:

As a District Manager supporting active and passive telecom infrastructure projects across Telangana via Radiustek Projects India, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of regional field execution. Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading and coordinating on-ground field operations, supervising site deployment teams, and ensuring seamless execution of telecom rollout milestones. You will collaborate closely with regional project directors, network operators, and contractors to monitor site progress, resolve operational bottlenecks, and maintain strict adherence to quality and safety standards. Furthermore, you will manage resource allocation, oversee equipment logistics, and prepare comprehensive performance and progress reports for senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end field operations for active and passive telecom infrastructure projects across designated districts in Telangana.
• Manage, mentor, and supervise on-ground engineering teams, technicians, and vendor crews to ensure high productivity.
• Ensure smooth, on-time project execution, site deployment, and integration milestones across regional locations.
• Monitor site performance metrics, operational efficiency, and adherence to project management timelines.
• Coordinate closely with telecom operators, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve site issues and ensure compliance.
• Oversee resource allocation, material distribution, equipment logistics, and budgetary controls within the district.
• Enforce strict adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards across all active project sites.
• Prepare and present regular operational progress reports, KPI dashboards, and project status updates to senior management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering (BE / BTech) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of professional experience in telecom project management, field operations, or active/passive infrastructure deployment.
• Strong, proven leadership and team management capabilities in high-pressure operational environments.
• Excellent operational planning, problem-solving, and analytical decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
• Mandatory legal eligibility to work in India with local presence and availability for field operations across Telangana.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Prior professional experience managing large-scale fiber rollout, tower construction, or BTS integration projects in India.
• Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or telecom operations.
