Detailed Job Description

As a Project Manager – BSNL Rollout at Naxcfi in Maharashtra & Gujarat, you will take full ownership of planning, executing, and closing complex telecommunications rollout projects across key operational circles. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass managing project scope, timelines, budgets, manpower allocation, material logistics, and subcontractor performance. You will coordinate extensively with BSNL government officials, site engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to track daily progress, resolve technical bottlenecks, and manage BOQ, SOW, MIS, DPR, WPR, and MPR reporting. Working in a fast-paced telecommunications infrastructure environment, you will oversee site acceptance testing (ATP/PAT/SAT), punch-point closure, and formal project handovers while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end BSNL telecom rollout, installation, integration, and commissioning projects across Maharashtra & Gujarat.
• Oversee project planning, execution scheduling, manpower deployment, material logistics, and vendor management.
• Coordinate seamlessly with BSNL officials, external vendors, subcontractors, and field engineering squads.
• Direct multi-technology infrastructure deployments spanning RAN/RF, Transmission, Fiber, Power, Civil, O&M, and Integration.
• Manage site acceptance processes, including ATP, PAT, SAT testing, punch-point closure, and formal project handovers.
• Oversee Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Statement of Work (SOW), Management Information Systems (MIS), and project tracking registers.
• Prepare and present Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports (DPR/WPR/MPR) for senior leadership and client review.
• Drive proactive problem-solving, risk mitigation, cross-functional stakeholder communication under tight deadlines.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality assurance baselines, regulatory compliance, and contractual SLAs.
• Mentor junior project engineers and site managers to build high-performing execution teams across project circles.
